Job summary

HDR is seeking a Data Center Electrical Engineer to join the Building Engineering Services team in Denver, CO. You will design projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, PMs, architects and other disciplines to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that meet stringent requirements.

You will mentor junior staff and lead electrical discussions in design meetings, ensuring code compliance and quality through construction administration and field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• Experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems).
• Professional Engineer license (PE or P.Eng) recognized by local board.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team across projects.
• Lead electrical design for data center/mission critical projects.
• Coordinate with clients, PMs, architects and other disciplines.
• Attend design meetings and lead electrical discussions.
