Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, Pecos, Texas, seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager for data center projects. The role requires coordinating with the Sr. Project Manager and handling multi-phase construction within NEC and OSHA standards.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electrical PM for $10M+ projects, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and licensure (Journeyman/Master) preferred, with travel willingness and strong vendor relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management for $10M+ projects (mission critical, ground-up or remodel).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Electrical Journeyman or Master license preferred.
• Proficiency with project controls, vendors, and safety requirements.
• Ability to travel and pass background/MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. Project Manager in overall construction management across phases.
• Manage projects to exceed customer expectations and ensure NEC and OSHA compliance.
• Set objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Represent company in project meetings and support labor negotiations.
• Manage contracts' financials and client relations.
• Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders.
