IES Commercial Inc. - C&I Division is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager in Pecos, Texas. This role involves managing all phases of electrical projects, providing overall management and developing business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in project management for projects over $10M and must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years' electrical construction project management experience in projects $10M+.
• Valid Electrical License on Journeyman or Master level preferred.
• Ability to travel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for commercial electrical projects.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts while maintaining client relationships.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations.
