IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager for data center projects. You will lead electrical construction efforts, control budgets, ensure NEC/safety compliance, and drive client satisfaction across multiple projects.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of electrical PM experience in data centers, a relevant engineering degree, and a Journeyman/Master license preferred. Travel to sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' electrical construction project management experience across all phases of electrical projects ($20–$100M).
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Data Center experience is required; hyperscale data center experience preferred.
• Valid electrical license (Journeyman or Master) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management for multiple electrical Data Center projects from inception to delivery.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, safety policies, OSHA requirements, and project standards.
• Establish objectives, policies and performance standards aligned with corporate policy.
• Represent the company in meetings and assist in labor negotiations as needed.
• Manage contracts' financials to protect company interests and maintain client relationships.
• Lead project team to meet client expectations and track financial performance.
