IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager for a data center in Lithia Springs, GA. You will support the Sr.

Project Manager across all construction phases on a $10M+ portfolio and ensure NEC and OSHA safety compliance while managing client relations and project financials. The role requires 5+ years in electrical project management, a related engineering degree or construction management background, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical construction project management in $10M+ projects.
• Bachelor's in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) strongly preferred.
• Proficient in NEC/OSHA compliance; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel; pass background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. PM in all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects.
• Ensure work adheres to NEC, safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Help establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Represent company in meetings and participate in labor strategy discussions.
• Manage financials of contracts and maintain client relationships.
• Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related work.
• Work from the project site.
