Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead Data Center electrical installations from design through turnover.

You will manage multi‑million dollar projects, ensure safety and NEC compliance, and coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams. The role requires 8+ years in electrical construction PM, data center experience, and proficiency with industry tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electrical construction project management on data center projects ($20–$100M).
• Data Center experience is required.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred.
• Electrical license on Journeyman or Master level preferred.
• Proficient in estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project tracking.
• Proficient in Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, and P6.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Pass pre-employment background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall management in all phases of construction for data center electrical projects.
• Manages projects to exceed customer expectations and adhere to NEC and OSHA requirements.
• Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Represent company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations and strategy meetings.
• Manages contract finances to protect company’s interest and maintains client relationships.
• Directs project team to meet client and company expectations for delivery.
• Performs takeoffs and price change orders and project quotes.
• Collaborates with Project Executive to ensure accurate tracking and financial reporting.
• Work required to be performed at the Project Site.
