IES Commercial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager for Data Center projects in Pecos, Texas. The role leads electrical construction management across all project phases, ensuring adherence to NEC and safety standards while driving financial performance.

The ideal candidate has extensive Data Center experience, a relevant engineering or CM degree, and preferred licensure at Journeyman or Master level. Travel to job sites and coordination with the Project Executive are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years electrical construction project management for $20–$100M projects.
• Data Center experience is required.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred.
• Journeyman or Master electrical license strongly preferred.
• Proficient in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and project tracking.
• Experience with vendors in electrical construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management in all phases of construction for one or more Data Center electrical projects.
• Ensure work adheres to NEC, safety policies, and OSHA requirements.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Represent company in meetings and assist in labor negotiations.
• Manage contracts’ financials to protect company interests and maintain client relations.
• Lead project teams to ensure delivery meets client and company expectations.
• Perform takeoffs, price change orders, and quotes.
• Coordinate with Project Executive for tracking and reporting.
• Work on-site at project locations.
