Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, a subsidiary of IES Holdings, seeks an Electrical Construction Project Manager-Data Center in Pecos, TX. You will work with the Sr. Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction for multi-million dollar electrical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery on site. This role emphasizes on-site leadership and strong coordination with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical construction project management across $10M+ projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all phases of construction for electrical projects from site to closeout.
• Ensure NEC and OSHA compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Manage project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards with Sr. PM.
• Represent the company in project meetings and assist labor/strategy discussions.
• Oversee financial aspects to protect company interests and maintain client relationships.
• Perform takeoffs and pricing for change orders and related work.
• Work is performed from the Project Site.
