Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead safety operations at its data center project sites in Utah. You will direct on-site technicians, implement safety programs, and drive compliance across major projects.

The role requires a proven safety leader with construction or heavy industry experience, OSHA 510 or CHST certification, and willingness to travel on a 5 weeks on/1 week off schedule. Compensation includes per diem and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 certification OR CHST is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety experience in construction or heavy industry with proven management experience.
• Willingness to accommodate heavy travel: 5 weeks on, 1 week off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety protocols on the job site and lead JSA and daily plan meetings.
• Supervise at least one Safety Technician and ensure PPE usage and SOP adherence.
• Ensure compliance across major project sites with strong safety culture.
