B.H. Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety programs and oversee on-site technicians at major data center projects.

You will drive safety culture, ensure compliance, and manage incident investigations while coordinating with site leadership and field teams. The role requires a proactive leader with substantial safety experience in construction, plus the ability to mentor staff and implement robust safety plans.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 certification OR CHST required.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety experience in construction or heavy industry, with proven management experience.
• Willingness to accommodate heavy travel requirements (5 weeks on, 1 week off).
• Strong communication, incident investigation, and mentoring of safety personnel with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety protocols on the job site and act as primary safety leader during JSA and plan-of-the-day meetings.
• Supervise at least one Safety Technician and ensure compliance with SOPs, SSA, and PPE usage.

Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year + Per Diem

Schedule: Full-Time | 5 weeks on, 1 week off (approx. 50 hours/week)

A DAY IN THE LIFE

As our EHS Manager, you will oversee all safety protocols on the job site and act as the primary safety leader during Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and plan-of-the-day meetings. You will supervise at least one Safety Technician, ensuring all crew members adhere to safety programs, Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG), site-specific safety assessments (SSA), and proper PPE usage.
