Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead safety operations at our QTS Data Center sites. You will steer safety programs, direct on-site technicians, and ensure compliance across major project sites while building a strong safety culture.

The role requires at least 5 years of safety leadership experience in construction or heavy industry, OSHA 510 or CHST certification, and willingness to travel 5 weeks on, 1 week off. Competitive compensation with per diem awaits.

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 certification OR CHST required.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety experience in construction or heavy industry with proven management experience.
• Willingness to accommodate heavy travel requirements (5 weeks on, 1 week off).
• Strong communication skills, incident investigation expertise, and the ability to manage and mentor safety personnel with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety protocols on the job site and act as primary safety leader during JSA and plan-of-the-day meetings.
• Supervise at least one Safety Technician and ensure compliance with SOG, SSA, PPE usage.
• Lead safety operations for large-scale data center projects.
