Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time EHS Manager to oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across project sites in the I&E Renewables division in Utah, Idaho, and Texas.

You will lead with a passion for environmental health and safety while driving a culture of safety and company profitability. Ideal candidates have a background in construction, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and certifications such as OSHA 510 or CHST/OHST.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish fluency required to communicate with diverse teams.
• OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT or BCSP designations preferred.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) preferred.
• Must be able to climb ladders, balance on narrow surfaces, and endure extreme weather.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Utah and Idaho.
• Solar farm experience required.

• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across project sites within the I&E Renewables division.
• Drive a culture of safety that supports company profitability and project success.
• Mentor field teams and lead with minimal supervision to uphold high integrity and proactivity.
