The role demands leadership in construction safety and a passion for environmental health and safety to promote a culture of safety and profitability. The ideal candidate will have bilingual Spanish fluency, relevant certifications, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish fluency is required to communicate with diverse teams.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT, or BCSP designations.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety programs and ensure compliance across all project sites.
• Lead safety initiatives to drive a culture of safety and company profit.
• Travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at short notice.
