Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Site EHS Manager in Las Vegas to lead the on-site implementation, management, and auditing of our Safety Program at data center locations. You will drive risk assessments, enforce Lockout/Tagout, and coordinate regulatory inspections to ensure a zero-energy, safe work environment.

The role requires 5+ years of EHS management in data centers or heavy construction, and the ability to communicate safety requirements to frontline staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Professional CSP or OSHA 30-Hour certification required; First Aid/CPR/AED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site-level program execution and risk assessments for data center operations.
• Ensure compliance and audits with internal, client, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, etc.).
• Lead RCA investigations for incidents and near-misses with timely reporting.
• Deliver EHS training, Toolbox Talks, and ensure staff hold required certifications.
