Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an on-site Site EHS Manager to implement, manage, and audit the Safety Program at dedicated data center locations. You will lead hazard assessments, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate regulatory and client safety reviews to ensure a zero-energy, safe work environment.

Reporting to the Regional EHS Manager, you will mentor personnel, oversee specialized safety training, and maintain strict adherence to OSHA/industry standards across active construction zones

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related technical field required.
• CSP or OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• 5+ years in EHS management within data center or heavy construction environments.
• Experience with digital EHS management tools for data interpretation and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage site EHS program at data center locations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and lead root cause analyses for incidents.
• Enforce LOTO protocols and maintain zero-energy states.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and client safety reviews.
• Deliver EHS training (LOTO, Laser Safety, Hand/Power Tool safety) and lead safety briefs.
