Job summary

Salute is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead on-site safety programs across our data center operations. You will ensure compliance with OSHA/NFPA/EPA standards, partner with client teams, and foster a proactive safety culture that aligns with our hyperscale client expectations.

You will develop site safety plans, deliver training, manage audits and incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement to minimize risk while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health required.
• Experience with OSHA/NFPA/EPA regulatory standards.
• Strong incident investigation and corrective action skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update site safety plans and emergency action plans.
• Support EHS submissions for customer RFQs.
• Lead safety audits and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and maintain safety certifications; manage safety communications.
