Job summary

NScale is seeking an EHS Compliance & Risk Advisor for Data Center Operations to own regulatory compliance, audit management, and risk identification across U.S. data centers.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Construction to translate complex regulations into practical guidance and ensure timely regulatory reporting. The role requires 5+ years in EHS compliance, strong OSHA/EPA knowledge, and hands-on experience with VelocityEHS or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in EHS regulatory compliance, risk management, and auditing.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulatory frameworks for U.S. sites and HQ interactions.
• Proven experience designing and managing audit programs with corrective action closure.
• Demonstrated risk management experience across operations, construction, and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with an EHS management system (VelocityEHS/Intelex/Cority).
• Ability to work independently across Ops, construction, and engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME on EHS regulatory compliance across U.S. operating sites.
• Design, lead, and manage the internal and third-party EHS audit program.
• Manage the site's EHS compliance calendar and KPI tracking.
