NScale is seeking an EHS Compliance & Risk Advisor for Data Center Operations to own regulatory compliance, audit management, and risk identification across U.S. data centers.
You will partner with Operations, Engineering, and Construction to translate complex regulations into practical guidance and ensure timely regulatory reporting. The role requires 5+ years in EHS compliance, strong OSHA/EPA knowledge, and hands-on experience with VelocityEHS or similar systems.

The DC Operations EHS Compliance & Risk Advisor owns the regulatory compliance and risk management backbone of the data center EHS program. This role serves as the SME for environmental and safety regulatory requirements, audit management, and enterprise risk identification, ensuring the organization stays ahead of regulatory obligations across jurisdictions,while serving as a trusted compliance partner to Operations, Engineering, and Construction. The ideal candidate brings deep auditing and compliance expertise, works comfortably and independently across Ops, construction, and engineering teams, and can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable guidance.

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
