Job summary

T5 Data Centers in the United States is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the development and consistent implementation of safety, security, and environmental compliance programs for our facilities.

You will conduct regular site inspections, organize and deliver safety training for construction staff, investigate incidents, oversee subcontractors, and ensure OSHA compliance across all projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of direct construction safety experience preferred.
• OSHA 510/500 a plus; CHST/CSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Organize and lead safety training sessions for construction staff.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes and prevention.
• Assists coordinators in document control and development.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Oversee all subcontractors and contractors.
• Update EHS dashboards and report metrics.
