Job summary
QTS Data Centers seeks a Development Project Manager to lead design, preconstruction and construction on complex data center projects. You will manage budgets, schedules and cross-functional teams, ensuring strong developer-client partnerships and timely delivery.
Travel up to 25% and collaboration with Sales Engineers and Product teams will be required. The role demands a Bachelor's in Science or Engineering with 5+ years in commercial construction, plus strong MS Office skills for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Five+ years in commercial construction practices and project delivery methods.
- Experience with MS Office for executive updates; Excel for budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities across projects.
- Maintain budgets, schedules and status reports for multiple campuses.
- Coordinate with Facilities, Designers, Engineers, Contractors, and tenants to deliver on time and within budget.
- Develop master development programs and site plans with stakeholders.
- Prepare and present updates for executive review and decision making.
