Job summary

CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Data Center Operations Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs that ensure the scalability and reliability of CoreWeave's global infrastructure. You will own the DC Ops roadmap, drive on-schedule milestones, and coordinate with hardware, facilities, and operations teams to remove bottlenecks.

The role requires 5+ years in complex technical program management, proven data center experience, and the ability to present updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management in complex technical environments.
• Direct experience within data center, infrastructure, or hyperscale operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional programs.
• Experience providing executive-level program status, risk, and performance updates to senior leadership.
• Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs to ensure scalability and reliability of global infrastructure.
• Own the DC Ops roadmap and ensure timely delivery of milestones in line with objectives.
• Resolve bottlenecks in hardware logistics, rack integration, and facility readiness.
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners; establish SOPs for global consistency.
• Proactive risk management and balancing hands-on execution with portfolio-level coordination.
