Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities for data center projects in the New Albany area. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Operations teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in science/engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in commercial construction, strong MS Office skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Be able to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned projects.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules and status reports for each project.
• Create development program updates for monthly executive level reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop master development plans for sites.
