Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager QA/QC to lead design, preconstruction, and construction on multiple data center projects. You will interact with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations staff daily to ensure successful execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in commercial construction with budgets and schedules managed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office for program updates and budgets.
• Be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on a campus and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create monthly updates for executive-level reviews and present information clearly.
• Develop a master development program for site(s) with a complete campus design solution and budget.
• Coordinate entitlement and permitting needs for each site project.
• Implement multi-phased site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning, and procurement.
• Review pricing proposals for design, construction, and commissioning services.
• Collaborate with procurement on equipment procurement and delivery.
• Ensure submittals are coordinated with site stakeholders.
• Monitor and report project budget status and change requests.
