Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager for our data center construction initiatives in Ohio. You will lead design, preconstruction and construction activities, coordinating with facilities, contractors and engineers to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.

You will manage master development programs, budgets and schedules, and communicate updates to executives. Travel to sites is required and knowledge of data center delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five+ years of commercial construction experience including Lump Sum, CM@R and Design Build from concept to closeout.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Be able to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple campus projects with budgets, schedules and status reports.
• Develop and present monthly program updates for executives to support decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to create master development programs and budgets.
• Lead entitlement, permitting, procurement, cost estimates and change order reviews.
• Monitor site budgets and establish schedules for on-time completion.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams for client solutions.
• Represent QTS in OAC meetings and manage campus relationships.
