Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) in Fayetteville, GA. You will lead design, preconstruction and construction activities, coordinating with facilities, contractors and operations to deliver complex data center projects on schedule and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience in commercial construction management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned projects.
• Maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each campus.
• Create and present updates for executive reviews and decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, design teams, and vendors to develop master development programs.
• Review pay applications and change order requests from contractors.
• Ensure submittals are coordinated and site security procedures are established.
