Job summary

QTS Data Centers in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction OFCI) to lead design, preconstruction, and construction activities on assigned campuses. You will interact daily with facilities, engineers, vendors, and operations staff to ensure project success.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, development programs, entitlements, and procurement, while coordinating with design and construction teams to deliver a campus-wide solution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in commercial construction and project delivery methods.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for program updates and budgets.

Responsibilities

Lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned data center projects.
Manage budgets, schedules, and status reports for multiple campuses.
Develop master development programs and site design solutions with stakeholders.
Coordinate entitlements, permitting, and procurement activities.
Review subcontractor scopes, costs, and change orders with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams for client solutions.
