Job summary

Meta seeks a Data Center Development Manager to drive site entitlements, diligence, and development for future data center buildouts. You will coordinate across site selection, infrastructure planning, construction, legal, tax, policy, and finance teams to deliver on strategic objectives and capital efficiency.

You will manage multiple projects across sites, balance timelines with risk, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience with coordinating internal staff and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Drive entitlements process (zoning, permits) to meet timelines.
• Lead diligence and development to vet sites and assess risks.
• Organize communications and scalable processes for on-time delivery.
• Ensure alignment among internal stakeholders and overcome obstacles.
• Support project recommendations for management approval.
• Support data center location and leased portfolio strategy.
• Monitor site development and manage agreements.
• Develop scalable tools and processes to improve delivery.
