Job summary

Meta is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects, overseeing civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work. You will develop schedules, budgets, and risk registers while driving analytics-informed decisions across project performance.

You will partner with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve field conflicts, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure constructability and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction management for large-scale, mission-critical facilities such as data centers
• Experience applying project controls and construction analytics: schedule analysis, cost tracking, earned value, risk quantification
• Experience managing general contractors and subcontractors across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical scopes
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams across design, engineering, procurement and commissioning
• Experience with construction contract administration: RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims avoidance

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction management for large-scale data center projects including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost forecasts, and risk registers using analytics platforms
• Establish and enforce QA/QC programs across contractors and vendors on sites
• Analyze performance data to surface risks and drive corrective actions
• Partner with design, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve field conflicts and ensure constructability
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance, safety, and milestone accountability
• Drive cross-functional alignment across real estate, design, procurement, and operations
• Define and implement construction reporting dashboards for leadership visibility
• Lead lessons-learned and contribute to standards and playbooks for future builds
• Manage change orders, contract reviews, and dispute resolution to protect scope and budget
