CloudHQ, LLC is seeking a Senior Development Manager to oversee data center development projects from campus planning through entitlement, design, and handoff to Construction and Operations. You will drive multi-project delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with customers, utilities, architects, engineers, and partners to meet aggressive timelines.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in real estate development, PM, construction, or design management.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with external partners.

Lead end-to-end data center development projects from planning through handoff.
Manage budgets, schedules, and milestones; drive milestones and risk mitigation.
