Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking a Development Manager (Data Center) to lead end-to-end data center development projects—from campus planning through entitlement, design, permitting, and handoff to Construction. You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with customers, architects, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring delivery on schedule, budget, and performance.

• Background in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex commercial/high-tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development projects from campus planning through entitlement, design, permitting and handoff.
• Drive campus planning, design, permitting, and coordination with internal and external teams.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Lead procurement for external consultants, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate across architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, utilities, and customers.
• Oversee design processes and construction documents, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Lead utilities planning and coordination to support timelines.
