Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction MEPR) to lead design, preconstruction and construction activities on assigned projects. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Vendors, and Operations staff to ensure successful delivery.

The role demands strong communication, budgeting and scheduling skills, with collaboration across design, procurement and construction teams to meet campus-wide development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates, and Excel for budgets.
• Be able to travel as needed for the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on campuses and maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Create and communicate monthly updates on development program and project status for executive reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a master development program and a campus design solution with budget.
• Manage entitlement and permitting for each site project.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic campus master plan with time, budget, and quality controls.
• Prepare scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning, and procurement.
