Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking a Project Manager - Design to lead the design phase of data center projects. You will oversee design management, ensure schedules align with client goals, and coordinate with A/E partners and internal teams to deliver design that meets technical requirements and standards.

You will guide project teams through all design stages, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development efforts while maintaining a focus on quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years’ experience in construction management across multiple building types.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design phase for Data Center projects to meet client goals.
• Manage design schedule and ensure alignment with technical requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architecture/engineering partners and internal teams to maintain design integrity.
