Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Design Manager who will be responsible for driving design quality, value engineering, and risk mitigation across various projects. This position can be based at any US location with a flexible hybrid work model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.

The successful candidate will ensure that all design decisions meet customer expectations and operational needs, work with multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective project outcomes. A competitive salary range of $145,000 – $155,000, plus benefits, is offered for this role.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project and/or design management.
• Proven record in construction projects.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all design-related communication and deliverables.
• Promote execution strategies including prefab MEP and liquid cooling.
• Deliver design packages on time and on budget.
