Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Design Manager to provide architectural and engineering expertise across our data center portfolio. You will lead design teams, coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and controls disciplines, and guide projects from origination through facility operations.

The role requires a proven track record in large-scale development, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• PE license or AIA designation required.
• 9+ years of experience in large-scale commercial/industrial development or related design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural and engineering consultants in design, permitting, and coordination of data center building and site design.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to drive cohesive data center building design.
• Provide on-site field support during construction per design specifications and standards.
• Review contractor submittals and RFIs to ensure adherence to Rowan's standards.
• Develop engineering standards and processes to support Rowan's growth.
