Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects for clients nationwide. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across all phases of infrastructure delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in design-build or EPC, power delivery, water systems, and BMS/EPMS integration, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years with experience managing design/construction projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• PMP (PMI) certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver data center projects nationwide with major clients in the U.S.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across project phases.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, construction, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, staffing, and cost control; manage change.
• Mentor multi-disciplinary teams and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure H&S and quality standards on projects.
