Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Data Center New Build Deployment Enablement Manager (DEM) to coordinate network infrastructure deployment across multiple data center builds. You will own the deployment tracker, drive cross-functional calls, and ensure milestones are tracked and commitments met.

Responsibilities include leading or co-leading New Build calls, aligning construction and deployment schedules, and escalating blockers to senior leadership. Travel is required 25–40% to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in project/program management within data center construction, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or critical facility deployment.
• Experience managing projects in the $1M–$10M range with multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
• Direct experience with data center construction phases: foundation, cable start, TFO, commissioning, and network turn-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate milestones from cable start to Production Ready across multiple sites.
• Lead or co-lead New Build calls with cross-functional teams and provide weekly program updates.
• Track dependencies and escalate blockers to leadership when milestones are at risk.
• Manage risk via SEVs and SLA/back-off calculations; maintain deployment blockers and remediation.
• Develop templates and share lessons learned to improve deployment processes.
