Amazon Data Services, Inc. seeks a Critical Infrastructure Mechanical Engineer to provide full life-cycle support to AWS Data Centers from design inception through maintenance.

You will be the go-to engineering resource for your region, partnering with operations, design, and safety teams to promote reliability and efficiency. The role includes conceptual design for upgrades, field and office work, audits, RCA/CA documentation, and support for construction, commissioning, and turnover on

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• NETA or ASHRAE certification or commissioning-specific education courses
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers

Mansioni

• Lead projects to fit out data centers to meet evolving customer needs.
• Act as resident engineer during new construction projects; support construction, commissioning, turnover.
• Interface with operations, design, server hardware, EHS teams to promote standards and reliability.
• Develop innovative solutions for AWS data centers and oversee audits and risk assessments.
