• Support operational issues with ad-hoc training and SOP reviews.
• Lead design concepts for data center upgrades to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations, design, and construction teams to ensure reliability.
• Lead engineering audits and on-site visits; produce risk reports with mitigations.
