Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial, municipal, or commercial engineering including data centers, power facilities, or oil/gas facilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, RCA, and CA documentation for data center equipment failures.
• Support operational issues with ad-hoc training and SOP reviews.
• Own the conceptual design for data center upgrades to add capacity and improve availability.
• Coordinate with data center ops, design engineering, server hardware, and safety teams.
• Develop innovative solutions for AWS data centers.
• Work on concurrent projects across multiple regions.
• Lead audits and on-site reviews with risk mitigations and remediations.
• Act as resident engineer during new construction projects and support turnover.
