Job summary

IES is seeking a Project Lead - Data Center Services to oversee both physical and virtual infrastructure, acting as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor. You will drive best practices, manage projects, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires coordinating MACs, asset control, documentation, and communication with stakeholders, with a focus on data center standards and service availability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3+ years in data center/telecom or related field preferred.
• Experience with network, storage or server equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all data center MACs per DCIT calendar.
• Lead asset auditing, documentation and daily logs; provide on-site supervision.
• Install equipment, test cables, label devices and ensure proper cable dressing.
