Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management for a global data center program in Rayville, LA. This onsite role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and advanced cost control across multi-project delivery.

You will drive budgets, forecasts, and commercial risk management while coordinating with procurement, schedule, and project controls teams to deliver high-value capital programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cost management services on large-scale data center programs.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management skills.
• Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships across complex projects.
• Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and governance in construction.
• SOX control awareness and adherence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management services across large-scale data center construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact for commercial and cost management matters.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and cash-flow analyses across multiple workstreams.
• Provide commercial leadership and strategic cost advice to support project decisions.
• Establish and maintain project controls, reporting processes, and governance.
