Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a global technology client on large-scale data center construction projects in Rayville, LA. You will lead cost control, forecasting, cash flow management, pay applications, and change management throughout the project lifecycle in a client-facing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field and 5+ years of cost management experience on major construction projects, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cost management for large-scale construction.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and evaluate change orders throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and cost controls.
• Monitor costs to align with approved budgets and client objectives.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with design teams and contractors on cost estimates.
• Support procurement activities and commercial negotiations.
