Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support global data center construction projects in a client-facing role. The position focuses on cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial administration throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires onsite presence Monday–Friday in Rayville, LA. Per diem may be available for relocation considerations. Strong communication skills and collaboration with project teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of cost management/quantity surveying experience.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, cash flow reports, and cost control systems.
• Monitor and control project costs to align with budgets and objectives.
• Prepare cost reports, updates, and forecasts for clients and stakeholders.
• Review payments, contractor valuations, and commercial submissions.
• Support procurement activities including vendor prequalification and bid evaluations.
