Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a global technology client supporting a large-scale data center construction program. This role requires onsite presence Monday through Friday in Rayville, LA, with relocation-per diem as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Cost Management, or related field.
• Graduate degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in cost management, quantity surveying or project controls.
• Experience leading cost management on large-scale data center or complex capital projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, change management and risk experience.
• Knowledge of project controls systems; Primavera P6 or Oracle Unifier preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost management services across large-scale data center construction projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for commercial and cost management matters.
• Lead budgets, forecasts, cost reports, cash flow analyses, and performance metrics.
• Provide commercial leadership and strategic cost advice for project decisions.
• Establish and maintain project controls, reporting, and governance across workstreams.
• Review change orders, claims, and commercial risk events throughout the lifecycle.
