Job summary

Airtech is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the US Valve Data Center Cooling business within IDEX Performance Pneumatics. You will own the plan, drive growth, and align products and teams across the company to deliver customer solutions.

The role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in growing complex B2B businesses, with willingness to travel globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of international commercial, business development, product management, or general management experience in complex B2B.
• 5+ years leading and developing sales, commercial, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning an annual operating plan, forecast, pricing, and gross margin.
• Willingness to travel globally to customers, suppliers and partner businesses.

Responsibilities

• Owns: development and delivery of the approved Annual Operating Plan.
• Decides: pricing, resource allocation, growth priorities, and commercial investment within the plan.
• Recommends: capital, M&A, partnerships, etc., to leadership.
• Run regular business reviews; keep forecast discipline.
• Balance growth, margin, cash, and customer commitments.
