Job summary

ITP (International Talent Partnership) is partnering with a multi-billion dollar industrial manufacturer to search for an engineering manager covering its data center liquid cooling portfolio. This role owns the technical direction for fluid connection and fluid movement technologies, including couplings, hose assemblies and pumps, supporting growth with OEMs and data center customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering, product development or application engineering in pump/thermal systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and talent development.
• Experience with data center, CDU or immersion cooling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy and validation plans for cooling products.
• Lead development from concept through qualification and commercialization.
• Interface with CDU manufacturers, OEMs and customers translating cooling architectures.
• Lead, coach and develop engineers across multiple programs.
