Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Controls Engineer to manage BMS and EPMS systems within AWS data centers.

You will train stakeholders, develop project scopes and budgets, and lead on-call support to ensure reliable operation of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure. The role requires extensive experience in industrial controls, data center environments, and vendor management, with a focus on commissioning, troubleshooting, and SOO feedback to design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial controls in critical environments (data centers, etc.).
• 4+ years of general contractor and vendor management related to construction and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist internal customers with BMS/EPMS systems.
• Provide technical support to operations during data center life cycle.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and LOE for BMS/EPMS projects.
