Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Controls Engineer to join the global controls team.

You will troubleshoot, manage projects, and maintain the building management system (BMS) and electrical power monitoring system (EPMS) for AWS data centers, engaging with generators, UPS, switchgear, VFDs, chillers, pumps and CRACs. You will design, validate and optimize control sequences, support on-call responses, coordinate with stakeholders, and help ensure reliability and efficiency of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial controls experience.
• 4+ years of project or vendor management experience.
• Engineering degree or related experience in controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and assist internal customers with BMS/EPMS design, configuration and operation.
• Develop scope, schedule and LOE for BMS/EPMS projects.
• Manage BMS/EPMS improvement projects in AWS data centers.
• Review SOO, develop control logic and support commissioning activities.
