Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Data Center Controls to lead development and implementation of controls engineering standards across mission-critical data center projects.

You will serve as the technical authority for BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and OT architecture, partnering with engineering, commissioning, IT security, vendors, and integrators to ensure reliable performance from design through operation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in controls, automation, or building systems engineering.
• Experience with data centers and mission-critical facilities.
• Strong BMS/EPMS architecture experience.
• Experience as technical owner on large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own company-wide standards for BMS and EPMS across data center developments.
• Lead reviews of BMS/EPMS/SCADA and control designs through the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve controls design packages, points lists, and alarm matrices.
• Partner with electrical and mechanical teams on metering, power monitoring, and control strategies.
