Job summary

Keel Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, Data Center Controls to define and advance our controls engineering standards across data center projects. You will own EPMS/BMS architecture, SCADA integration, and alarm management, ensuring reliability and automation.

You will lead design reviews with engineers and integrators, mentor a growing team, and collaborate with IT security to strengthen cybersecurity across facilities, while guiding projects from design through energization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in controls or instrumentation for data centers.
• Experience leading EPMS/BMS design on hyperscale data centers.
• Experience as a technical owner on large capital projects.
• Mentoring engineering staff and external integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of EPMS/BMS design standards.
• Review and approve EPMS/BMS design packages from EORs and integrators.
• Oversee points lists, sequences of operation, and alarm matrices.
• Lead controls value engineering balancing cost, licensing, and schedule.
• Support RFPs, bid evaluations, and vendor selection for EPMS/BMS.
• Oversee controls construction administration and commissioning.
